  • Divided into 3 Phases (2 Months Each). Each month introduces a Core Theme, a Technical Layer, and a Mental Shift.

    PHASE 1: Foundation of Self (Months 1–2)

    “The Queen studies the board before making her first move.”

     Focus:

    • Ground the player in presence, humility, and technical truth.

    • Strip distractions. Build rhythm. Establish identity through simple work.

    Month 1 – The Mirror: Honesty in the Basics

    • Theme: Self-awareness, intention, identity

    • Technical: 1st touch, body shape, positioning

    • Mental Shift: “I am not in a rush. I am here to understand.”

    • Power of Choice: Player decides when they are ready to move forward

    Coaches ask: “Who are you becoming every time you step on the field?”

     Month 2 – The Compass: Direction & Discipline

    • Theme: Inner values, vision, work habits

    • Technical: Passing rhythm, receiving angles, ball protection

    • Mental Shift: “My habits are my preparation.”

    Power of Choice: Player helps define session warm-up or closing activity

    • Technical: Head checks, turning under pressure, off-the-ball runs

    • Mental Shift: “I see before I act.”

    • Power of Choice: Player calls the progressions mid-session (ex: now we go 2v1)

    Month 4 – The Key: Rhythm + Reaction

    • Theme: Flow, tempo, emotional control

    • Technical: Directional receiving, combination play, transitions

    • Mental Shift: “I control the tempo, not the game.”

    Power of Choice: Player selects when to move from technical to applied game play

Complete Online Player Application: Fill out the online application.

  • Parent Interview: Once your application has been submitted, we will reach out via email to set-up a brief phone or Zoom interview with a parent or guardian to determine if the player will be accepted for a trial period. 

  • Trial Period: Accepted players will be invited for a two-week trial period to determine if they are a suitable candidate for the program. 

  • Program Acceptance & Player Registration: Accepted players will be emailed an Acceptance Letter along with a Registration Guide that will walk you through the registration process.
